HR Coordinator

Integrated Medical Services, Inc. is currently searching for a professional, compassionate and knowledgeable individual to fill the position of HR Coordinator in our Human Resources department. The HR Coordinator is responsible for new hire on-boarding, benefits administration and overall maintenance of HR records.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle on-boarding of new employees including set up in HR systems
  • Maintain all HR systems
  • Administer all benefits to IMS employees to include medical, dental, vision, 401k, HSA.  Process monthly bills to ensure accurate payments.
  • Track the ongoing administration of benefits and annual open enrollment.
  • Coordinate New Provider Orientations and review benefits with all new Physicians and Mid-Levels.
  • Tracking of COBRA notifications to ensure compliance
  • Conduct new hire orientation
  • Maintain HR filing system

  Requirements

  • At least 2 – 5 years’ experience in HR Department
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal
  • Good computer skills and being familiar with Microsoft (Word and Excel)

Education

  • High school diploma required
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree a plus
